*If you have a referral slip, medical test result sheets from other hospitals, or any CDs with stored diagnostic imaging tests, please submit them to the reception desk.

Please go to the Joy Mom Center for first-visit consultation

Consultation

After waiting in front of the outpatient clinic, you can go to the doctor's office.

Payment

After an outpatient consultation, please make a payment of your medical expenses through the registration cashier window or kiosk on each floor and pick up a prescription.

Inspection

After checking the “place to go”, please go to the right place for the medical examinations and register in.

Return home

If you have received an outpatient medication referral prescription, please go to the Outpatient Pharmacy to purchase the medication.

Ain Hospital is a medical institution where you can get medical treatment even if you do not bring referral slip.

Outpatient consultation appointment

Making an outpatient consultation appointment is allowed only once for each different outpatient clinics.
If duplicate reservations are registered before outpatient consultation (phone, visit, online reservations, etc.), existing reservations other than the last appointment will be automatically canceled.

Referral from other hospitals: Please make an appointment before visiting the hospital if you are scheduled for the congenital anomaly scan/detailed ultrasound scan (first trimester (12 weeks)/anomaly scan (22 weeks)/ diagnostic ultrasound (24 weeks)).

Visit reception

You can register at the outpatient reception desk from the early beginning of outpatient clinic to one hour before the closing of outpatient clinic. Priority is given to the scheduled patients, so it may have very long waiting time.
