Admission & Discharge Guide

    Hospitalization decision​
    After receiving outpatient/emergency medical treatment, if the attending physician determines that hospitalization is necessary, the patient or guardian will go to the hospitalization procedure reception window and receive guidance.
  • step 02

    Hospitalization procedure
    Fill out the hospitalization agreement and follow the instructions to the assigned hospital room.
  • step 03

    Inpatient treatment
    Take a rest in the hospital room and receive the medical treatment and consultation from the doctor in charge of each department.

In case of hospitalization other than pregnant women

  • If hospitalization is determined after outpatient medical treatment, it will be assigned a room at the admission/discharge reception window on the 5th floor, go through hospitalization procedures, and then go to the ward.
  • Hospital room allocation is assigned to a vacant room or scheduled discharge room depending on the situation on the day of admission, and admission to the hospital room may be delayed depending on circumstances.

In case of hospitalization due to labor pains (Joy Mom)

  • From 37 weeks of pregnancy, delivery would be possible. Please refrain from long-distance travel whenever possible..
  • If there is regular contractions five minutes apart for a first-time mother and 10-minutes apart for a multiparous woman, it should be recommended to come to the hospital.
  • Please feel free to come to the hospital if you have unpleasant pain or uncomfortable.
  • Please come to the delivery room on the 5th floor during the time between 8pm and 8am
    • Please Use Intercom at the entrance of the delivery room.

Hospitalization for a scheduled surgery

  • We will contact you after confirming the pre-surgery test results and operation time in the operating room on the day before surgery. (Please check the most up-to-date contact information when you have the last outpatient clinic.)
  • If you do not receive a call by 5:00 pm on the day before surgery, please contact us at +82-32-247-2000.
  • Please go to the operating room on the 5th floor after registering at the admission/discharge window on the 5th floor.
